Is my data still private with Pro?
Yes — nothing changes here. Your audio, video, and transcripts never leave your device, for free users or Pro. The only server call in this entire flow is the payment itself; AI Notes, Turbo mode, and transcription all run locally in your browser, exactly like every other ForgePlug tool.
What if I want a refund?
Two independent guarantees: a 7-day no-questions refund from the day you pay, and a separate full refund if Pro hasn't shipped by December 15, 2026 — whichever applies. Email us and we'll process it.
What devices will Pro actually work on?
Turbo mode and long-file resume work anywhere the transcriber already does. AI Notes needs a WebGPU-capable browser — realistically Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop. It won't run on Safari, Firefox, or most mobile browsers at launch.
